Abstract
The general objective of the project is to identify research and training strategies aimed at identifying the needs of society in a broad sense in terms of food safety with the aim of supporting the adaptability of the higher education system related to agribusiness in Morocco, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Senegal, through training and exchange of best practices.
