Biochemical and Biophysical Studies on the Role of Angiogenin in Angiogenesis (S GOTEBOR01-position 1 of 3)
Angiogenin is a potent angiogenesis stimulator that interacts with endothelial cells and induce a wide range of responses. The trainee will address the immobilisation onto nanomaterials of peptide fragments able to mimic some properties of the whole protein (e.g., metal binding, cell membrane adhesion, ...). The uptake by cells of such hybrid peptide-nanomaterial systems will be scrutinised by confocal microscopy and QCM-D.
