Design, preparation and characterization of Nanomedicine (Erasmus Placement)
The traineeship will be performed at the Laboratory of Drug Delivery Technology of the Department of Drug Sciences, directed by professor proff. Teresa Musumeci. Main activities will include the preparation and characterization of nanoparticles (based on lipid, polymers and phospholipids). The trainee will be involved in the study of the literature production, in the use of specific software and in practical activities in laboratory, with the use of specific equipment for the characterization of produced nanomedicine (i.e. PCS, DSC, HPLC, Turbiscan, etc). The trainee has to be organized, reliable, computer literate. and able to work independently.
The position is also valid for PhD students.
